After you select the amount from the listbox below and make any notations about how to apply any extra funds, you will click the Pay Now button and be taken to a Paypal page. There you will have the option of EITHER using an existing Paypal sign-on to pay by your choice of bank account (ACH) or credit/debit.....OR you can simply choose credit/debit from the page itself and enter your card information.
