"Custom Homes and Trees in the City".  That was the slogan developers in the late 70s used to describe a small jewel of neighborhood called Country Forest/Jackson Meadows.  Fast forward three decades and the slogan still rings true.  The custom homes are just as beautiful and the trees are even more majestic.

Conveniently located just east of the "High Five", this neighborhood of 480 homes enjoys easy access to both LBJ Freeway and Central Expressway.  Residents are less than ten minutes to Northpark Center, the Galleria and White Rock Lake, plus just 15 minutes north of downtown Dallas.  Also just minutes away, Texas Instruments and the Richardson Tech Corridor.  For those who often travel, DFW International Airport is an easy half hour drive on LBJ Freeway.  The mantra "location, location, location" certainly applies to CF/JM. 

This Lake Highlands community lies within the city of Dallas and the award winning Richardson Independent School District.  In fact, the neighborhood elementary school, Aikin Elementary was awarded TEA exemplary status for 2007-2008.  CF/JM also borders Richland College, part of the Dallas County Community College District.  Residents can make use of Richland's soccer fields, tennis courts and jogging paths, or simply walk to a continuing education class, which can include access to the college exercise facilities.

The Country Forest/Jackson Meadows Homeowners Association is dedicated to serving our neighborhood by providing a valuable service. We strive to build a neighborhood recognized as the best of its kind. Maintaining homeowner safety, increasing property values and keeping our neighborhood beautiful are our key initiatives.
